Start: Nov 3 2010 - 6:30pm End: Nov 3 2010 - 7:30pm Tracy DeGraaf knew she wanted to become a writer from the time she was 12-years-old. She did everything that one would do to pursue that dream. Even though she earned a Bachelors Degree in journalism from Illinois State University in 1988, it would take twenty more years to launch her writing career. You will hear about the "Ah Ha" moment this mother of five boys had two weeks before turning 40 that reignited her passion to not only become a published author, but also a speaker, radio personality, and Second City trained stand-up comedian. Tracy's new book, Laugh Anyway Mom, has been endorsed by legendary comedienne Phyllis Diller, bestselling author and co-creator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series Jack Canfield, and even NASCAR driver Tony Stewart's mom, Pam Boas. Come to this special library program on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at 6:30-7:30 p.m. and hear how she did it, and how you can overcome obstacles and fears to create your own dream life too! Tracy and her husband of 21 years, Ron, live with their sons in Green Garden. Tracy's book will be available at this program for $15 and a book signing will follow the presentation.
