The Will County Courthouse Law Library is happy to collaborate with the Peotone Public Library District to present an information session on pro se (self-represented litigant) divorces. We will detail the process and explain how someone can file for a pro se divorce and what forms are needed. Additionally, we will highlight our free Early Resolution Program for Self-Represented Litigants. We will describe the program, how it compares to the traditional divorce process and how to join if eligible and interested. The session will conclude with a brief Q & A segment and handing out informational packets.
